Everyone around me knows I’m obsessed with hummus. I can’t get enough. It is the perfect speedy food: it’s quick to snack on and you can always prepare a big batch and have it there ready to go!
Every time I start to get used to the usual plain hummus, I like to mix it up with new ingredients and try to come up with new versions. The last addition to my pantry is the one with cannellini beans and fresh rosemary. It tastes so incredible. The cannellini beans make the hummus taste a lot more delicate and almost sweet compared to the classic version. Still you have the nice kick of the rosemary and garlic, together with the richness of the tahini and of course the zesty lemon!
Let’s be honest: sometimes you just crave a great burger and fries. Who says though that you can’t have them vegan style? If you still need that vegan fast food fix, Swing Kitchen is the place to go. This has to be one of my favourite burger places I’ve ever visited, not only for their philosophy but also for the quality of their menu. This restaurant is just perfect for yummy, reasonable priced vegan comfort food.

Yes, we have all been there. We have all felt hurt and betrayed by another person at some point in our lives: our feelings were hurt and our trust was broken. What happens then most of the times is we get trapped in those negative emotions. That cycle of anger and pain lasts for too long, causing us to ruin other aspects of our lives, especially when it comes to create new beauty in our relationships and open ourselves to new experiences and people.
